Around 12 people (engineers and baking technicians) work on a daily basis to improve and develop innovative and highly effective ingredient solutions. RetD-formulation
Their main activities include:
   • Keeping up-to-date with the latest news and information in the field of ingredients and the sourcing of raw materials
   • Developing new technical solutions and new mixes and premixes
   • The formulation of custom products
   • Adapting products according to clients’ constraints and requirements

With the support of the laboratory technicians and the bakers from the test bakery, the AIT Ingredients’ R&D team is able to respond quickly to the differing needs of its industrial clients and millers around the world.
