The group is highly experienced in all aspects of managing the wheat and barley supply chain (from the farms through to primary processing: milling and malting, etc.). The laboratory based at the Baking Center in Corbeil-Essonnes analyses our milling and industrial clients’ wheat and flour, both in France and abroad. During the Qualité-Blé Survey, more than 1, 000 samples from the new harvest are analysed, enabling us to adapt our technical solutions effectively.
