Mixing / Packing

The Creil factory in the Oise area is specialised in the mixing and packing of powdered ingredients, either in high volumes or smaller custom batches.


Using 400 different raw materials, more than 1,000 recipes are produced each year on its production lines including: baking improvers, milling correctors, mixes and premixes for special bread varieties, Viennese pastries or pastry and confectionery products, etc.

Equipped with three automated lines, a semiautomatic line and a manual line, the factory combines high capacity with flexibility to offer AIT Ingredients’ customers a wide range of pack sizes, from 2.5 kg bags up to the 1,000 kg "big bag".

A dedicated line for BIO (organic) products certified by Qualité France makes it possible to meet the specific needs of certain clients. The site has its own in-house laboratory which handles quality control for raw materials upon reception in addition to analyses of the finished products. In the baking area, three bakers also carry out daily checking of the conformity and consistency of the bread making mixtures prior to shipment.
