Wheat Quality Survey 2019

Our teams worked to provide you a clear vision of 2019 harvest. AIT Ingredients and the Soufflet Group, use their expertise in wheat-flour-bread sector for this survey.

We processed more than 650 samples from the main wheat-producing and exporting areas. Laboratory analyses were followed up by bread-making tests to determine the key quality trends, so that we could suggest solutions suited to this harvest 2019.
