Their main duties:

• Monitoring ingredients and sourcing raw materials
• Developing new technical solutions and new mixes and premixes
• Formulating custom products
• Adapting products in line with customers’ constraints and requirements

With backing from laboratory technicians and bakers at the test bakery, AIT Ingredients’s R&D staff are able to respond quickly to the many needs of the Company’s manufacturing and milling customers world-wide.
