The IFS and BRC certified plant at Creil in France’s Oise specialises in blending and packaging long runs and short custom batches of powdered ingredients.
From four hundred different raw materials, more than a thousand recipes are produced every year on its lines: bread-making improvers, milling correctors, mixes and premixes for special bread, morning goods and confectionery.
With six lines, the plant combines capacity and flexibility to offer AIT Ingredients’s customers a wide range of packaging, from 500g bags through to 1,000kg big-bags.
The manufacturing of organic products, certified by Bureau Veritas, meets the specific needs of particular customers.
The site has an integral laboratory that checks the quality of raw materials on receipt and analyses finished products. Daily at the test bakery, three bakers also check the compliance and consistency of bread-making mixes before they are shipped.
