EGG REPLACER improvers are economical solutions that allow total or partial substitution of eggs in your buns, briochettes and buns. Use between 3% and 3.5% of the flour weight depending on the amount of egg in the recipe while adding water to the mixer to maintain the right dough consistency. Our solutions are Vegan* and formulated from vegetable proteins.
